Article Submission Fee: USD 0.00 (Free)
Article Processing Charge (APC): USD 500.00
The Article Processing Charge (APC) is payable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication following the peer-review process. The APC covers the following services:
- The publication of manuscripts up to twelve (12) pages. Each additional page beyond the page limit will incur an extra charge of USD 40.00 per page.
- DOI (Digital Object Identifier) registration for each published article.
- Plagiarism screening using Crossref Similarity Check (Turnitin). The similarity report may be provided to authors upon request.
- Professional copyediting, language checking, formatting, and layout editing in accordance with the journal's publication standards and manuscript template.
- Long-term online hosting, indexing support, metadata registration, and open-access publication.
Waiver Policy
The Journal of Quantum Artificial Intelligence (JQAI) is committed to promoting equitable access to scholarly publishing. Authors from low-income countries or those with demonstrated financial constraints may apply for a full or partial waiver of the Article Processing Charge (APC).
Waiver requests must be submitted before manuscript submission. Each application is evaluated individually by the Editorial Office based on the quality and scientific merit of the manuscript, the authors' financial circumstances, and the availability of waiver funding. The granting of a waiver does not influence the editorial decision, and all manuscripts are evaluated solely on their academic quality and scientific contribution.
