The Journal of Quantum Artificial Intelligence (JQAI) publishes all articles under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License. Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. Readers and users are free to read, copy, distribute, transmit, adapt, and reuse the published work in any medium or format, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the Journal of Quantum Artificial Intelligence (JQAI).
LICENSE TO PUBLISH
1. License
Upon acceptance for publication, the author grants the Journal of Quantum Artificial Intelligence (JQAI) the non-exclusive right of first publication. The published article will be distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License, which permits unrestricted use, sharing, distribution, adaptation, and reproduction in any medium, including commercial use, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal.
2. Author's Warranties
The author warrants that the submitted manuscript is original, has not been previously published, is not under consideration elsewhere, contains no unlawful or defamatory statements, does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others, and that all necessary permissions have been obtained for the use of copyrighted materials, figures, tables, software, datasets, or other third-party content included in the manuscript.
3. User Rights
Under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License, users may freely copy, share, distribute, reproduce, adapt, translate, remix, and build upon the published work for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate attribution is given to the original author(s) and the Journal of Quantum Artificial Intelligence (JQAI).
4. Rights of Authors
Authors retain the following rights:
- Copyright ownership and other intellectual property rights associated with the article, including patent rights where applicable.
- The right to reuse all or part of the article in future publications, books, lectures, dissertations, or educational materials.
- The right to deposit the published version of the article in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, or other scholarly platforms.
- The right to distribute and share the published article in accordance with the CC BY 4.0 License.
5. Co-Authorship
For manuscripts with multiple authors, the corresponding author confirms that all co-authors have made substantial contributions to the work, have approved the final version of the manuscript, have agreed to its submission to JQAI, and have authorized the corresponding author to act on their behalf regarding publication matters.
6. Termination
This publishing agreement may be terminated by either party in the event of a material breach of its terms that remains unresolved after written notification within a reasonable period. Termination shall not affect any rights already granted under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License for articles that have been published.
7. Royalties
Authors are not entitled to royalties or financial compensation arising from the publication, distribution, or reuse of their articles. Publication in JQAI is intended solely to facilitate the dissemination of scientific knowledge under an Open Access model.
8. Miscellaneous
The Journal of Quantum Artificial Intelligence (JQAI) reserves the right to edit accepted manuscripts for formatting, grammar, punctuation, spelling, style consistency, and publication quality while preserving the scientific content and intent of the work. All published articles are made freely available online without subscription barriers. The journal may register metadata, assign Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs), archive published content, and distribute articles through indexing services and scholarly databases to maximize visibility and long-term accessibility.
